Room Rate: $239 Double Queen/$229 King per night, plus applicable taxes. Breakfast is NOT included; however, there is a restaurant on site, as well as several restaurants nearby. Group rates are available Tuesday, October 13 - Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Please contact the hotel to reserve your guest room no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026. After this date, rooms may not be available at the special group rate.
Be sure to reference the Group Code: G-WWVR- to receive the discounted rate. Cancellations may be made without penalty before 4:00 PM local time 72 hours prior to your arrival. ADA-accessible rooms are available for guests with special needs; please specify your request when making your reservation.
Parking $35 discount on overnight parking. (Group Rate)
Transportation Information The approximate cost for transportation from the airport by taxi or Uber is $35-$40 one way.
There are two ways in which you may register for the reunion. The first is using our online Registration Form by clicking on the first link below. The second is by completing the fillable PDF Registration Form by clicking on the second link below. Once this PDF form is completed, you can save it to your computer and mail or email the completed form to the address on the form.
Once your completed Registration Form is received, an email will be sent to you with a PayPal invoice that you can pay by PayPal, Venmo or credit card.
